The piece features a bold sculptural white molded construction with dramatically shaped front panels and contrasting iridescent cabochon-style accents. Its architectural silhouette is quintessentially mid-century and makes a particularly strong statement when worn with a simple black dress or minimalist evening look. Coppola e Toppo was one of Italy's most celebrated fashion-jewelry houses, founded in Milan by Lyda Coppola. During the 1960s, the house became known internationally for dramatic, oversized jewelry and experimented with plastic and other lightweight materials to create larger sculptural designs.
