Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders placed on our online store will be handeled and shipped during business days Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays (orders are neither shipped nor delivered on non-working days).

Shipping costs:

Italy _ €10 (free shipping on orders over €500)
Europe & Switzerland _ €25 (free shipping on orders over €1,000)
UK & USA _ €35 (free shipping on orders over €1,500)
Rest of the world _ €50 (free shipping on orders over €3,000)

We ship from Italy or Switzerland for Swiss orders.

Shipments are to be considered as DAP.
FRIDA is responsible for the delivery of the goods, the costs of import formalities are expressly excluded and are the responsibility of the customer. All taxes related to import in the Country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please complete the Withdrawal Form available here.

Please ensure that you provide the same information used to place your order and include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Returned items must:

· Be unworn, unused and in their original condition

· Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible

· Be shipped within 14 days of the return request

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

International Returns

For returns shipped from outside the destination country, please clearly indicate on the shipping documentation that the parcel contains "Returned Goods".

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customs documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations.

Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees or import charges incurred due to incorrect documentation or charged upon re-importation of the returned goods may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
